Our frequently asked questions

    Q. Can I swap the bracelet attached to the poem card for another bracelet I've seen on your store?

    A. Yes, of course! Purchase the bracelet you want and in the gift note section in the cart page type which poem card from our shop that you would like this bracelet to go onto.

    Q. If I pay for 24 hour Tracked Delivery, will my item arrive the next day?

    A. While we offer 24-hour Tracked Delivery, please note that it is not always guaranteed to arrive the next day. Delivery times may be affected by factors like Royal Mail's service or the time of order. Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped for next-day delivery under this service (not including Sundays or Bank Holidays) and you can track your order through the provided link sent in your confirmation email. We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives promptly, but please be aware that some delays may occur beyond our control. We hope this helps, and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!

    Q. Are the poem cards customisable?

    A. Unfortunately not, we don't have the infrastructure to print on demand (just yet). We can, however, write a personalised message on one of our postcards for you. Just pop a gift message in the box at checkout and we'll do the rest!

    Q. Will any invoices/receipts be included in the package? I don't want the recipient to see this!

    A. No, all invoices/receipts are sent digitally to the purchaser only. We NEVER include these details with our packages unless requested.

    Q. How can I care for my Letterbox Love Jewellery?

    A. A. As you may know, all plated jewellery will inevitably tarnish over time, but we want you to get longevity out of your beautiful new jewellery: As easy as it is to do, try not to fall asleep in your bracelets as they don’t respond well to being pulled or put under pressure. Take them off before bathing or showering, as the last thing you need is for any bracelets to get stuck in your hair during a rinse and repeat. Some of our bracelets could lose their colour if exposed to chemicals and water, too, so it’s best to avoid this. Avoid wearing your bracelets during sports. It is not only bad for the bracelets but, depending on the sports, it’s also not ideal for you or other participants, so be careful, please. Avoid chemicals; things like sun cream, hair dye, tan etc. This may sound obvious, but to be on the safe side, this is your handy reminder. Lastly, keeping your bracelets clasped when you’re not wearing them will keep them from knotting.

    Q. How do I become a stockist?
