Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be in love with your new gift as we are but if you are not entirely satisfied within the first 14 days of receiving your bracelet, don’t panic!
Returning faulty items – Firstly, please accept our apologies that you may have received a faulty item. If, within the first 14 days of purchase, you believe your product to be faulty, please email us at email@example.com with an explanation of the fault, a clear image of the product and proof of purchase. You will then have an additional 14 days to return the bracelet to us (if required). Once we have then inspected and confirmed, we will send you a new one free of charge or we can process a full refund if requested. Please note faulty items can only be accepted within 28 days if the goods are delivered to a customer damaged. Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Free UK returns are available on all Letterbox Love jewellery.
Processing refunds – Valid refunds will be approved within 7 days of the receipt of goods. We will then refund the credit or debit card that placed and paid for the order. After approval please note refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear back in your account.
Please note we can only offer exchanges and refunds to the person who placed the order and made the initial payment for the product.
