Our Story So Far
When the world turned upside down in 2020, there was a need for positivity and spreading love. Letterbox Love came to life in the first national lockdown as a passion project to do just that: celebrate life, appreciate the small wins and spread kindness when people needed it most.
Letterbox Love is run by us, a husband and wife team, and we create affordable jewellery gifting with a personalised touch. Ours is a story created from love and passion, with customer satisfaction at the forefront of every decision.
Letterbox Love aims to give back to our beautiful planet. So, in a continuous effort to help offset our carbon footprint, we have partnered with Ecologi, which means we plant up to 12 trees a month, removing up to 1.2 tonnes of CO2 from the Earth's atmosphere. In the same way that a simple gift can touch a heart, these small steps can make a big difference to our impact on the world.

A lot has happened in a short time, and Letterbox Love has gone from strength to strength!
From winning 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year' at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards to taking on corporate gifting projects for the likes of Team England at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the VIPs of the Capital Summertime Ball 2022, we’ve been pretty busy.
2022 & 2023 saw significant growth for Letterbox Love as we moved into our third and current premises, while also proudly featuring in national publications such as the Daily Mail and House & Garden Magazine to name but a few. Our friendship bracelets and jewellery gifts are now stocked in shops worldwide and there is much, much more to come.
